Refund Policy

We're operating with our FitHoop "Pinky Promise" guarantee. What it is?


We believe so much in the results from the FitHoop that if you use the FitHoop for 90 days (for 15 minutes each day) & don't remove a link within 3 month, then we can issue you a 100% refund on your purchase! Requirement for that? We need a simple feedback email about the Fithoop itself, and about your 90-days challenge experience!


We came up with our guarantee to give our lovely customers that little push they need to reach their goals!

Refund reasons:

-Item has been fully damaged in the shipment (5+ Links)
-Unable to use after 22 days of training.
-Customer has run into health issues.
-Package gets lost in the shipment.

Not eligible refund reasons:

-Customer decides against using it after it arrives.
-Customer has ordered somewhere else after ordering from us.
-Customer can't provide proof of order or usage.
-Customer doesn't provide "Pinky Promise" feedback letter.
-Customer opens an unreasonable dispute without contacting us beforehand.


Certain situations where only partial refunds or delayed resends are granted:

-Customer has entered a wrong/insufficient address.
-Item is partially broken, 1-5 links arrived damaged.
-Wheels or ball part needs to be replaced.


Cancellation Policy

To ensuring production and shipment is not delayed, orders will be processed once placed. Therefore, you are free to cancel/change your order within 12 hours of placing your order for any reason. Out of the time, we will not be able to free cancel/changing your order any more. 

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Return Policy

As of right now, our company is not accepting any sorts if returns, and any items that get send back to our warehouse, will not be accepted. Our return policy is solely based on our refund policy, which means the money can be refunded in our stated scenarios, but the items can not be returned.

Approval process

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it  can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
